Vi har en kapabel matmaskin som vi inte har prövat fullt ut än. Nu tog vi ett steg till och gjorde egen korv. Vi malde köttet. Blötte fjälstret. Mixade potatisen. Tillsatte kryddor och andra smakämnen. Blandade det hela. Skickade in det i maskinen. Och skapade själva korvarna. Såg till att de fick rätt längd. De blev rätt goda!
We have a capable food machine that we have not fully tested yet. Now we took one more step and made our own sausage. Ground the meat. Wet the sausage skin. Mixed the potatoes. Added spices and other flavors. Mixed it all. Submitted it to the machine. Created the sausages themselves. Made sure they got the correct length. They turned out quite delicious!
