On 28 January every year, the Swedish Royal Academy of Agriculture and Forestry celebrates its Commemorative Meeting. That’s how it’s been since 1813, with a couple of exceptions, due to the pandemic. This year it was possible to carry out the assembly according to tradition, and it was extra fun that it was on a Saturday, so that the event ended with a dance. As usual, the food was amazing, and the music was better than usual. We sat next to a German couple, father and daughter. The father, Rolf, regularly helps Ylva with translations into German. A really nice evening!
