Härligt väder! Vi tog bilen (lata som vi var) till Icktjärn och satte oss där en stund i den varma solen. Dagsmeja, och mycket snö har smält bort. Men det är fortfarande otroligt mycket kvar. Folk var det däremot väldigt lite av.
Delightful weather! We took the car (lazy as we were) to Icktjärn and sat there for a while in the warm sun. Midday thaw, and a lot of snow has melted away. But there is still a lot left. On the other hand, there were very few people.
Ok, så var det dags igen. En ny omgång taksnö har hamnat på altanen. Denna gång är det Sigge som får nöjet att ta hand om det.
Ok, it’s time again. A new round of roof snow has come down on to the balcony. This time it’s Sigge who gets the pleasure to take care of it.
En av oss måste in till Stockholms centrum och jobba då och då. Det ger även tillfälle att promenera genom sta’n och se lite ”nya” vyer.
One of us has to go to the center of Stockholm and work from time to time. This also gives an opportunity to stroll through the city and see some ”new” views.
En ovanligt vintrig marsfödelsedag. Vi tog ledigt och for till en liten sjö för att uppleva sol och vackert väder. Mysigt!
An unusually wintery March birthday. We took some time off and went to a small lake to experience sun and nice weather. Cosy!
En liten tur utåt Höga Kusten, men inte så många höga berg. Ändå vackert.
A short tour out towards the High Coast, but not so many high mountains. Still Beautiful.
Vackert vårvinterväder! Vi förflyttade våra gamla kroppar till Nyadal, det gamla tillhållet (se det här inlägget från april 2013) för att uppleva sol, snö och älv/havsvik en stund. Men det var så mycket snö att det inte gick att ta sig ut på den lilla bryggan (vilket vi borde ha begripit redan från början). Det blev lite kaffe och medhavda smörgåsar därute i alla fall, trots rätt obekväm sittställning.
Beautiful spring-winter weather! We moved our old bodies to Nyadal, the old retreat (see this entry from April 2013) to experience sun, snow and river/sea bay for a while. But there was so much snow that it was not possible to get out on the little pier (which we should have understood from the beginning). We had some coffee and sandwiches out there, though, in spite of the quite uncomfortable sitting position.
Dagens promenad tog ca två timmar och de enda ord som växlades var med dessa två mycket trevliga kamrater. De tyckte vädret var ok och höet fräscht och fint.
Today’s walk took about two hours and the only words that were exchanged were with these two very nice comrades. They thought the weather was ok and the hay fresh and nice.

Efter det stora snöfallet kom solen fram. Hela världen inbäddad i ett bomullstäcke. Det blev en lång promenad med bilder som kan ses genom att klicka här (eller via Bildspelen, se rubrik till vänster).
After the great snowfall the sun came out. The whole world cuddled in a cotton cover. We took a long walk, pictures can be seen by clicking here (or via the header Bildspelen, to the left).
Nytt år men inte många förändringar. Staden ser ut som i slutet på förra året. Inget fel med det, i alla fall inte på ytan.
New year but not many changes. The city looks like at the end of last year. Nothing wrong with that, at least not on the surface.
