Nu är det bara flyttlådor och köksbord kvar. Ingen radio, ingen tv, enda tillgängliga underhållning finns på nätet. Snart påsk.

Flyttarbetet går vidare. Det blir mer och mer ökenaktigt hemma. Förutom trappräcket, lampan, fåtöljerna, tavlorna, öppna spisen (fake), båten, så ser det ungefär likadant ut i vardagsrummet som det gjorde i januari 2007. Alla bokhyllor och böcker har flyttat. Och vissa undrar vad man ska ha sådant till… Ja, om inte själva läsningen av böckerna ger ett mervärde (vilket vi tycker) så har de ändå en viss betydelse för trivseln i huset.
The moving out keeps on. It gets more and more desert-ish at home. Except for the banisters, the easy-chairs, the lamp, the paintings, the open fire place (fake), the boat, it looks about the same in the living room as it did in January 2007. All book shelves and books have moved out. And some wonder what you have such stuff for… Well, if the reading of the books themselves doesn’t give an added value (which we think it does) they still have some impact on the cosiness of the house.
Torsdag morgon kl 06.52. Laddning nr 2. Tills nu har köket fungerat bra som dansgolv, men nu har det förvandlats till tillfälligt lager. Förutom dessa saker följer 18 bokhyllor med på lasset denna resa. Plus lite annat.
Thursday morning at 06.52. Batch no. 2. Until now the kitchen has served well as a dance floor, but now it has transformed into a temporary storage room. Besides these things 18 book shelves will go on the wagon load this trip. Plus a little this and that.
Vi måste ta ut grejor från övervåningen i detta souterränghus, d v s över altan och trädgård. Men där har vi ju resterna från vinterns överdrivna snöande. Någon måste skotta för att göra en stig. Inuiterna skulle kalla denna snö hård som h-e.
We have to take things out from the upper floor in this sloping house, i e over the patio and garden. But then, there are the leftovers from the winter’s exaggerated snowing. Somebody had to shovel to make a path. The inuits would call this snow hard as h-l.
De säger att Earth hour inte syns på elmätarna. Det är ändå en manifestation över global gemenskap när det gäller hållbarhet. Kör på!

Den nya bilen sväljer allt. Alltså är den trånga sektorn planering. Kommer att ta tid. Men nu är det nya åket här och vi kör upp allt vi kan till Norrland. Bra att ha rätt fordon för ändamålet.
The new car swallows everything. Thus the narrow area is planning. Will take time. But now the new ride is here and we’ll drive everything we can up to Norrland. Good to have the proper vehicle for the purpose.
Sigge ägnar sina dagar åt att packa kartonger. Han har räknat ut att bara böckerna kräver 95 kartonger.
Sigge spends his days packing boxes. He has calculated that just the books require 95 boxes.
Flytta-ut-dagen närmar sig. Vi har inte levt i kappsäck fram till nu. Det finns saker på vår boplats. Det enda att göra är att skaffa sig ett lämpligt fordon.
Moving-out-day approaches. We haven’t lived in a suitcase until now. There are things in our dwelling place. The only thing to do is to acquire a suitable vehicle.
Sigge har lagt nytt golv i det lilla sovrummet (inkl garderob) i lägenheten denna vecka. Jättefint! Men han kunde konstatera att det inte finns en enda rät vinkel i rummet. Konstigt.
Sigge has put in a new foor in the little bedroom (incl wardrobe) in the apartment this week. So nice! But he could establish the fact that there is not one right angle in the room. Strange.
Nu är det igång. Lägenheten ska bli beboelig igen. Sigge är redan uppgiven.
Now it has started. The apartment is to be fit to live in again. Sigge is exhausted already.
